Your allowance resets every month and includes 50 free extra cases. A busy month? Work never stops: cases beyond that are $0.90 each, billed on your next invoice.

How billing works
No surprises: you pay ahead for the volume you chose, and every change shows up as an invoice.
Billed in advance
Your plan and seats are billed at the start of each month. Every invoice has a payment link, and your full history lives under Billing in your lab portal.
Cases reset monthly
Your bracket is a monthly allowance, plus 50 free extra cases each month. Go beyond that and work never stops: extra cases are billed at 1.5× your per-case price on your next invoice. Unused cases don't carry over.
Change whenever
Upgrades (a higher tier, a bigger bracket, more seats) start right away with a prorated charge. Reductions take effect at the end of your billing period.
Credit, not refunds
We don't issue refunds. When a change leaves you with unused value, it goes to your account as credit and is applied to your next invoices.
